Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service. Breach can mean immediate suspension without refund.

You may not

• Use HyperVertual to cheat on a live, invigilated, or officially administered exam, or to submit work that a school or employer requires to be solely your unaided writing when that is prohibited.
• Upload or generate child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, or other illegal content.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or dox others.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, overload, or probe the service, or bypass plan limits.
• Share accounts, resell seats, or provide the service to third parties as if it were yours.
• Submit malware, or content you do not have rights to.
• Use the service for medical, legal, or financial advice presented as professional advice.
• Interfere with Stripe, create fraudulent payments, or abuse refunds.

Exam Coach specifically

Exam Coach is a practice and feedback tool. You remain responsible for following your exam board's rules. HyperVertual does not impersonate FPSC, PPSC, British Council, IDP, or any examiner.

Enforcement

We may remove content, throttle features, suspend or delete accounts, and report criminal activity. We are not required to give prior notice when we reasonably believe there is legal, security, or payment risk.
